Dirk Steyvers appointed new PR & Events Manager for BYD Belux at Inchcape
Experienced communicator with a passion for innovation strengthens BYD's growth strategy in Belgium and Luxembourg
Zaventem, 15 December 2025 – BYD Belux is proud to announce the appointment of Dirk Steyvers as its new PR & Events Manager. With his extensive track record in communications and a deep passion for innovative automotive technology, Dirk will support the further expansion of the brand in Belgium and Luxembourg.

In his new role, Dirk Steyvers will be responsible for press relations and the organisation of events in Belgium and Luxembourg. He reports to Head of Marketing Laura Valat. ‘We are in an important phase of our expansion,’ says Laura Valat. ‘The electrification of the vehicle fleet is accelerating, our network is expanding and the brand offering is constantly growing.
