Inchcape Belgium appoints Joris Clavie as new Managing Director for BYD Belux.

Brussels, Belgium – June 20th, 2024 – Inchcape Belgium, distributing partner in Belgium and Luxemburg of BYD, and a leading global player in the automotive industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joris Clavie as the new Managing Director. Joris Clavie brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the automotive sector, making him an invaluable addition to the BYD Belux team.

After several years at D’ieteren where he developed a deep understanding of the automotive industry, Joris Clavie joined Inchcape Belgium in2017. First, as Toyota Belgium’s Sales Director, where he was instrumental in driving sales growth and market expansion. In 2020, he was promoted to Business Performance Director, a role in which he successfully enhanced operational efficiency and business performance.

Starting June 2024, Joris Clavie has been appointed as the Managing Director of BYD Belux. His extensive experience and dynamic leadership will be pivotal in guiding the company through its next phase of growth and innovation.
